Food & Beverage Attendant
Provide all customers and employees with top quality customer service in all situations at all times. Ensure customer satisfaction with efficient and friendly service. Setup and breakdown dining and kitchen area. Run food to guests. Monitors tables to be bussed and cleaned. Stock supplies. Process food payments from guests.
Cooks and serves food according to menu requirements and proper and safe food handling procedures. Setup kitchen and prepares food to be cooked. Close down kitchen area, wash dishes, and clean work stations. Stock food and supplies. Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment. Must be comfortable working in a small and warm environment.
Lift Operator/Ticket Scanner
Operate the chair lifts and aid guests at the bottom and top of lifts. Performs opening and closing procedures. Sets up lift mazes and grooms ramps. Provide all customers and employees with top quality customer service in all situations at all times. Ensure customer satisfaction with efficient and friendly service. Perform safety checks on chairlift and fill out safety log. Be familiar with assigned lift: brakes, electrical systems, mechanical drives. Assist customers and employees in loading and unloading chairs safely. Must be able to communicate effectively with persons using lifts, and top and bottom lift operators. Maintain safe snow conditions by shoveling on loading and unloading ramps. Set up and maintain signs, temporary fences and mazes for chair loading and unloading. Monitor area for trash, tissues and other safety issues. Must be alert at all times of everything around assigned lift area. Validates and scans guests’ lift tickets and passes.
SKI & SNOWBOARD SCHOOL
No ski or snowboard experience? No problem, we can teach you! Check out our ski and snowboard school videos below! Teach children in groups and individually how to ski/snowboard and ride lifts with a focus on safety, fun, and education. Aids other instructors with lessons. Assist with ski/snowboard school setup, breakdown, and other operations indoors and outdoors. Utilizes PSIA techniques and recognized teaching and training methods to explain new concepts and the physical requirements of the sport. Instructs students on mountain safety codes and practices as well as developing an appreciation and affinity for the mountain/winter environment. Instills confidence in students so that they can practice their lesson d progress on their own time. Encourages students to book follow-up lessons to further develop their skill. Sets up and breaks down ski/snowboard school area. Fits rental boots and equipment for guests. Helps facilitate the lesson process, from beginning to end.Snow removal as required.
